YourAccountably is an AI-powered accountability and personal growth app designed to support users in building healthier digital habits and emotional fitness. We collect personal data in the following ways:

1(a) Personal Data You Provide

• Account Information: such as email address, username, and user ID when you create an account.
• User Inputs: such as journal entries, messages, and text you submit when interacting with the App or its AI features.
• Profile Information (optional): such as age range, gender, or preferences, if you choose to provide them.
• Communications: messages you send to us for support, feedback, or inquiries.

We do not require you to provide sensitive personal details (e.g., religion) unless you voluntarily choose to include them in your own inputs.

1(b) Personal Data Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: app interactions, feature usage, timestamps, and general activity patterns within the App.
• Device Information: device type, operating system, app version, and identifiers necessary to operate the App reliably.
• Notifications Data: preferences related to reminders or alerts (if enabled by you).

1(d) AI-Generated Data

We process your inputs to generate responses (“Outputs”) using AI features. Inputs and Outputs may be stored to operate and improve the App, including for quality, safety, and performance.

• Where feasible, we use anonymized or aggregated data for analytics and improvement.
• We do not use AI data to personally identify you.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

YourAccountably offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that provide continuous access to the app features.

Subscriptions are processed through the respective app store’s in-app purchase system (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The app store provider handles all payment and billing information, and we do not collect, store, or process payment details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Retention of Personal Data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or meet legal obligations. We may retain anonymized data for analytics and improvement purposes.

6. Withdrawing Your Consent

Withdrawal of consent does not affect our right to continue processing where permitted or required by law.
