These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the YourAccountably mobile application (the “App”) and related services provided by Uplift Intelligence Pte. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, using the App, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Important: YourAccountably is intended to support healthier digital habits and emotional fitness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you feel you may be at risk of harm, seek professional help or emergency services.

1. Our Services

YourAccountably is an AI-enabled accountability and personal growth app designed to help users build healthier online habits and emotional fitness through guidance, reflection tools (such as journaling), reminders, and progress tracking.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App may require an internet connection and compatible devices. You are responsible for any associated costs. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Registration and Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• One user per account: You may not share your account or allow others to access the App through your account.

We may suspend or restrict access to the App if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, illegal activity, or a violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App. In particular, you must not:

• Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App, except where permitted by law.
• Access or collect data from the App using automated means (e.g., scraping) without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or networks, or bypass security measures.
• Upload, post, or transmit content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload malware or content designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use the App for commercial advertising, solicitation, or resale unless expressly authorized by us.

5. User Content

“User Content” includes text, messages, journal entries, and other materials you submit through the App. You retain ownership of your User Content.

License to Operate the App

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the App, provide features you request, and keep the App safe.

This license is non-exclusive and ends when your content is deleted from the App, except where we must retain it for legal reasons or where it has been anonymized/aggregated.

Content Standards

You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. AI Features

The App may generate responses or suggestions using AI based on the information you provide. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use any outputs.

• No professional advice: AI outputs are for informational and personal growth support purposes only and are not medical, legal, or professional advice.
• Safety: Do not rely on the App for emergencies. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services.

We may use inputs and outputs to operate and improve the App, including for quality, safety, and performance, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content (excluding User Content) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you, no rights are transferred.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described there.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the App will meet your expectations.

We may suspend the App for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of your use of the App.

Where permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the App, other users, or compliance obligations.

Upon termination, the license to use the App ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@youraccountably.com.

12. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. When required, we will provide notice within the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription purchases are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The app store provider handles billing and payment processing, and we do not store payment details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store provider and are subject to their terms and policies.

14. General

• Third-party links: The App may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign as part of a business transfer.
• Dispute resolution: Any dispute will be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Rules, seat in Singapore, one arbitrator, English language.
• Governing law: These Terms are governed by Singapore law.

If you are using iOS, you also agree to comply with Apple’s applicable App Store terms and policies.
